At GUITARS GARDEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all electronic instruments and gear. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your guitar or gear in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
